Egypt's 1st "International Photography Festival"

Egypt will launch the first International photography Festival on December 16 - 21, 2006, the organizers said. The festival that will take Cairo as a venue is an unprecedented event in Egypt seen as a great chance for photographers interested in nature, Travel and portrait photography to compete and have a new dimension in photography. The festival will be a real lifetime experience for amateurs as well as professionals. Photographers will get the chance to explore the world of photography through inter alias , workshops and seminars , exhibition and the competition itself where they will compete for the highest prizes worldwide. Some of the world's greatest photographers will deliver the festival's workshops and seminars.

Egypt is the ideal places for holding the festival. Egypt's awe- inspiring monuments, temples, tombs, the great pyramids (the houses of eternity and on top of the world of the world's ancient seven wonders)
